About the Role
The phrase “don’t judge a book by its cover” doesn’t exist on YouTube. As a thumbnail artist, you’ll be in charge of making our videos as visually appealing as possible by creating thumbnails that spark curiosity, stand out in their simplicity, and accurately reflect the “promise” of each video.
This position is fully remote, requires you to be 18+, and based in the United States.
Pay - To be determined together later in the hiring process. Rates will be based off level of expertise and evaluation of workload.
Job Responsibilities:
Using Adobe Photoshop to create 2-3 thumbnails a month
Brainstorming with Brendon on potential thumbnail concepts, layouts, and creating WitW’s “Thumbnail Style”
Implementing creative, motivated design choices and layouts.

You know how to spark curiosity as simple as possible

You’re proficient in Adobe Photoshop
You’re incredibly accountable and can meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
You’re willing to make different variations of thumbnails
You’re able to learn and advance the understanding of what makes a “great” thumbnail
